The University of Bocconi will host three webinars about competition law. During these webinars several challenges in the field of EU competition law will be discussed. For instance, are the goals of competition law fit for the post pandemic more digitalized era? Are we heading towards a more political/public interest control of mergers? Do we really need new enforcement tools and powers at both EU and national level? Do we need to rethink at the setup of the EU Commission? And is there a new role for private enforcement? These questions will be asked to lawyers, economic experts, judges, competition officers and international institutions’ representatives.
