The 2022 JMN EULEN Master Thesis Award Winner

We are happy to announce that Utrecht University alumnus Brend Plantinga is the winner of the 2022 JMN EULEN Master Thesis Award. The title of his thesis is: “Differences in substantive application of Article 102 TFEU and the DMA concretized: ‘Privacy policy tying’ under Article 102 TFEU or the opt-in rule for data combination and cross use in article 5 (2) of the DMA”. The award was given to Brend in a ceremony that took place on the 12th of December 2022 at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance of Utrecht University with several participants from the EULEN network.
